Unit Supervisor

We have an immediate need for a Unit Supervisor – 2nd shift. Easterseals residential facilities provide 24‑hour support to youth ages 5‑21, offering clinical services for those with neurological, psychiatric, intellectual, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities Oversee and support residential staff, ensuring all state and agency rules and regulations are met. Assist staff by attending to clients and maintaining a safe, engaging environment. Work with unit managers to provide appropriate staff‑to‑client ratios as directed by state regulations. Write employee evaluations and recommend salary increases. Provide daily and weekly communication updates to all clinical staff. Check all documentation and records to ensure they are up to date and properly documented. Create a teaching atmosphere in the milieu that focuses on peer interactions and life‑skills development. Qualifications Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Human Services or a related discipline. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least two years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Hours Sunday: 8AM‑11PMMonday–Wednesday: 1:30PM‑11PMorWednesday–Friday: 1:30PM‑11PMSaturday: 8AM‑11PM Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life & disability insurance.
