You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology-first mindset are key as you will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device.* **Consistent Weekend Visits:** The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.* Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies.**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent is required.* A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.* An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.* The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary.* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.* Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.* Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.* Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts is required.* Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.* Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).* Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
