Human Resources Manager

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for an HR Manager . Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with leaders and managers to support employee relations and maintain a positive, compliant workplace. Advise on performance management and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistent documentation and HR best practices. Manage employee investigations, complaints, and related matters, including external inquiries as needed. Support talent acquisition and internal mobility efforts across the organization. Lead employee engagement and experience initiatives, including feedback and recognition programs. Facilitate performance review processes and provide tools and guidance to managers. Support talent development and retention strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels. Experience coaching managers, supporting employee relations, and collaborating on talent initiatives. Strong communication, teamwork, and creative problem‑solving skills. PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP preferred. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations.
