Description Illuminus is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Join a collaborative and growth-orientated organization committed to making a difference in the communities we serve. $70,000 - $90,000 (Higher pay may be considered based on qualifications and experience) Summary Conduct regular meetings with respective department/facility leadership Work with leadership and staff to implement effective transitions including the separation and exit interview process Consult with management providing human resource guidance when appropriate to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied Provide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention Identify training needs for department/facility(ies) and individual leadership coaching Provide oversight of talent acquisition and onboarding process. Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations and providing advice/recommendation to management. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives Additional human resources activities and other duties as needed. Up to 40% day travel. Requirements EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: 4-6+ years’ progressive human resource experience or equivalent. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field required.
