Lead Financial Analyst

To scale the impact of the Forecasting and Financial Analytics team, the full-time Lead Financial Analyst will develop and enhance usage-based forecasting models, improve forecast accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize data systems and infrastructure. Key responsibilities Develop and enhance usage-based forecasting models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques Raise forecast accuracy and shorten the monthly refresh cycle through rigorous backtesting and experimentation Mentor junior team members and produce insights to help stakeholders understand forecast drivers and impacts Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, forecasting, or financial planning & analysis Strong experience with SQL and transforming large datasets into reusable formats Proficiency in Python and/or R, particularly in time-series and machine learning forecasting methods Experience operationalizing models with backtesting and validation on platforms like Databricks Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
