Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role

• Ability to follow direction and implement classroom strategies under teacher guidance
• Professionalism, reliability, and accountability in a school environment
• Experience working with individuals with diverse needs is highly desirable

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering instructional and non-instructional classroom activities
• Support students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help manage classroom behavior and provide a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support students with special needs
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and routine clerical tasks
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, and school activities as needed
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students to foster a collaborative learning environment
