Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Executive Coordinator based in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing HR policies, ensuring positive employee relations, and providing executive-level coordination support. Daily responsibilities will include implementing HR strategies, facilitating communication between departments, maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment, and supporting the overall HR function to ensure seamless operations within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and experience in overseeing HR Operations Strong understanding of HR Policies and the ability to handle Employee Relations effectively Background in Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Prismecs
