About the Role
Sierra Space is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive strategic growth and customer partnerships across the aerospace and space technology markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Build relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead complex negotiations and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, space technology, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts.
