Job Description
Gojob is hiring an Outbound Lead for a global logistics company located in McDonough, GA . You will be responsible for overseeing daily outbound operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time. This position requires 2 years of warehouse experience , strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data and people effectively.

Shifts & Pay:
- 1st shift: Mon-Fri, 5am - 1:30pm - $20/hr
- 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 2:00pm - 10:30pm - $20.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Supervise outbound associates and ensure shipping deadlines are met
- Navigate multiple Excel spreadsheets to track orders, shipments and productivity
- Identify process issues and recommend or implement improvement
- Communicate assertively and professionally with associates regarding performance and expectations
- Conduct spot checks to ensure order accuracy and staging compliance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of warehouse or shipping experience with team lead responsibilities.
- Proficient in Excel and warehouse systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
