Sales Administrator

In this role, you won’t just be entering data; you’ll be the engine that keeps our sales workflow moving smoothly. From mastering NetSuite order management to leveraging modern AI-assisted tools, you will ensure our customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it. salary: $60,000 - $68,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in NetSuite, verifying pricing, shipping, and special instructions.

• Generate and revise customer quotes, assist with account research, and handle administrative tasks for Sales Reps.

• Handle communications regarding order status, tracking, backorders, and inquiries.

• Partner with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve order and quote issues quickly.

• Update and maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite; process approved Return Authorizations.

• Utilize Outlook, Teams, Excel, NetSuite, and AI tools efficiently and responsibly.
