Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Brea, CA

Pay range: $20-$24 DOE

Shift hours: M-F 7am – 4pm

How long is the expected length of assignment : 8+ mo., possible temp to hire

 

Additional details/requirements:

 

    • Experience:
      • Proven administrative experience.
      • 1–2 years of prior office, clerical, or customer service experience.
      • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability in fast paced environment.
      • Typing 45-80 wpm

 

    • Communication:
      • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting memos and answering phones.

 

    • Data & Record Management:
      • Ability to maintain physical and digital filing systems, and perform data entry with high accuracy
      • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.

 

    • Reliable and willing to work
