Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Brea, CA
Pay range: $20-$24 DOE
Shift hours: M-F 7am – 4pm
How long is the expected length of assignment : 8+ mo., possible temp to hire
Additional details/requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven administrative experience.
- 1–2 years of prior office, clerical, or customer service experience.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability in fast paced environment.
- Typing 45-80 wpm
- Communication:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting memos and answering phones.
- Data & Record Management:
- Ability to maintain physical and digital filing systems, and perform data entry with high accuracy
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Reliable and willing to work
