Repossession Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Manager to lead daily repossession operations and oversee both field agents and office staff. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining compliance with all state laws and company policies, and promoting a professional and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day repossession operations and team performance
Coordinate recovery assignments and manage employee scheduling
Supervise, train, and coach field agents and office personnel
Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational goals are met
Handle escalated client and customer issues with professionalism
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
Reinforce safety protocols and industry best practices
Maintain strong communication with clients to support recovery objectives
Qualifications
Proven experience in the repossession or related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Working knowledge of compliance requirements and industry regulations
