Sr. Product Manager, Upstream Filtration Systems

This role will lead the upstream filtration products including ATF and TFDF systems used for bioprocessing applications. Systems will be semi‑automatic and fully automatic functionalities including ATF and TFDF controllers/hardware/software and the associated accessories. This role will be responsible for driving and ensuring the long‑term success of the upstream hardware business, including understanding market needs, competition, and driving design efforts that meet and exceed customer needs. It is a hands‑on position focused on developing and implementing product strategies to accelerate growth and profitability. Working externally with sales, this position will drive technology adoption and support the expansion of the product range. The individual will lead cross‑functional teams with marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, support, applications, and product development. Key metrics include revenue growth, new application penetration, profitability, and new product releases. Responsibilities Derive strategy and tactics, and manage the product life cycle to ensure YOY business growth and strong customer satisfaction Support the global Sales organization, providing effective product positioning, sales tools, training, competitive analysis and in‑field support as needed Analyze and respond to technical questions related to product use and performance, product quality, and service features Create and drive commercial strategy for new product releases Derive forecasts to ensure accurate demand planning, product build, and revenue attainment Assess business performance through KPI tracking Collaborate with sales and engineering to develop new or improve existing products based on VOC Work with Operations and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of products and services Drive resolution of customer inquiries and complaints with required internal functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and R&D Develop and recommend appropriate pricing and discounting Liaise with Marketing to develop effective product collateral and campaigns Qualifications A BS degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline, with MBA preferred A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in commercial product management, business management or sales and marketing Experience with hardware/equipment and filtration operations in bioprocessing is preferred Customer‑facing experience and ability to build mutually beneficial, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to take initiative, hold team members accountable for deliverables, and obtain support across departments Strategic, tactical and analytical thinking Ability to travel (including global travel), up to 20 % Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) Our mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $124,600–150,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
