Facility Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy housekeeper to help us maintain our 900 sq. ft. home twice a week. We are looking for more than basic surface cleaning. Our biggest needs are dishes, laundry, general cleaning, organization, and helping us keep the house reset and functional throughout the week. Regular responsibilities would include: - Washing, drying, and putting away dishes - Loading/unloading the dishwasher - Washing, drying, folding/hanging, and putting away laundry - General tidying and putting items back where they belong - Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom - Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting - Taking out trash as needed - Helping organize problem areas and maintaining those organization systems - General household upkeep and reset We are looking for two visits per week, approximately 2–3 hours per visit. Our regular budget is $100–$120 per week. For the first two visits, we are happy to pay more because we understand there will be more initial cleaning and organizing needed to get the house caught up and establish where things belong. After that, we are hoping the twice-weekly visits will primarily be maintenance. There are only two adults in the home, and we do have a dog, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working around dogs. Because the house is about 900 sq. ft., we are hoping this schedule will give enough time to keep things consistently clean and organized without requiring long visits. We are looking for someone dependable, comfortable with dishes and laundry, and interested in a consistent long-term arrangement. We would love to find someone who can learn our home and eventually be able to come in and know what needs attention without needing a detailed checklist every visit.
