Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. The Senior Commercial Optimization Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the commercial organization through process optimization, business analytics, CRM effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and IT to identify opportunities that improve commercial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The position serves as a key resource in advancing commercial capabilities through data-driven insights, standardized processes, governance, and technology enablement.Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial processes across sales, customer service, demand planning, pricing, and order management.Partner with Commercial Leadership to identify productivity opportunities, optimize business processes, and improve organizational effectiveness.Drive commercial excellence initiatives that improve revenue growth, margin performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.Lead CRM process optimization and adoption initiatives within Salesforce.Partner with sales leadership to improve opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.Support pricing and profitability initiatives through analytical insights and performance tracking.Identify opportunities to standardize commercial processes and drive best-practice adoption across the organization.Drive logistics and order fulfillment process improvements through optimization tools, transportation analysis, and perfect-order performance metrics.Transform complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.Develop predictive and descriptive analytics to improve commercial effectiveness and business performance.Leverage SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Develop, maintain, and govern commercial KPIs and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance.Deliver actionable business insights and recommendations to commercial leadership through reporting, analysis, and executive-level presentations.Establish performance measurement frameworks to drive accountability across commercial functions.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or engineering7+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or related functions.Experience leading cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.Advanced experience with Salesforce CRM.Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.SAP transactional and reporting experience.Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms.Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets into key insights.Strong influencing skills without direct authority.Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.Proven ability to drive organizational change and adoptionMinimal travel required (0 – 10 days per year)#LI-MA1 #LI-HYBIRD #P #DPlease Keep in Mind If you do not meet 100% of these requirements, we at JM still want to hear from you.
