Learn the fundamentals of HR functions at Shaw, including total rewards, HR compliance and employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, LOA, and more Conduct investigations Assist with associate experience projects at facilities Address associate concerns and determine best next steps Assist with maintaining staffing levels Provide support to assigned business areas of manufacturing facilities and other operations areas as needed Assist with succession planning and talent development Complete other tasks and projects as assigned Requirements BA/BS Degree in HR management or related field General Business & Employment Law Acumen Ability to operate successfully within a team Ability to manage and resolve conflict Ability to coach peers or others Ability to influence/communicate across the entire spectrum of the workforce Ability to travel between facilities in the NW Ga area, including Dalton and Cartersville 1-2 years of HR experience preferred Bilingual preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HR functions including total rewards, compliance, and employee relations, while effectively managing associate concerns and supporting talent acquisition and development initiatives.
