About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro PCU Duration: Traveler Position Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of experience required, must have Neuro experience License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Experience with Cardene and Cleviprex - Ability to read EKG rhythms Description: This position involves working in a Neuro PCU with a ratio of 4:1. Travelers may float between different areas within the Neuro floor, including stepdown and PCU sides. Registered Nurses will be expected to handle patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:5. Candidates must have the ability to demonstrate competency in handling neuro patients. Degree accreditation must be reflected on the profile or an equivalent of 5 years of experience is required. Candidates are expected to wear Galaxy Blue or White scrubs. The work culture emphasizes integration, and travelers are expected to function as core staff. All relevant documentation must be submitted prior to onboarding.
