Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

BI-LINGUAL Account Manager
As a BI-LINGUAL Account Manager for David Steinman Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Aberdeen, WA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
