Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Olympia, WA is seeking someone to help grow the agency. As a part-time telemarketer, you will reach out to schedule appointments for our licensed insurance professionals. We don’t push people — we reach out to see if we can have an opportunity to win their business. Flexible hours are available to meet your schedule. Responsibilities Be willing to market quoting opportunities via the phone Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals Develop leads and schedule appointments Compensation Hourly pay plus commission/bonus for each kept appointment Requirements Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and realize their dreams Self-motivated Ability to effectively relate to a customer This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
