Qualifications

• Ability to be trained to operate equipment used in the school lunchroom.
• Ability to cooperate with fellow employees.
• Ability to learn the techniques and methods of food preparation.

Performance Responsibilities

• Prepares specific parts of the foods that make up a complete meal with the assistance and supervision of the manager.
• Maintains satisfactory sanitary working conditions in the kitchen.
