As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be running company-issued appointments with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of switching to solar energy, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, a passion for the solar industry, and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets. This is a commission based position with a great opportunity to help customers in East Tennessee while being rewarded financially.
Responsibilities:
- Run company-issued appointments with homeowners in East Tennessee
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our products
- Develop tailored solar solutions to meet individual homeowner needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Uphold our company's values of honesty and integrity in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and passion for the solar industry
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
