Food Services Lead

Lead Nutrition Services Lead Nutrition Services oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to healthcare standards. Responsibilities Assist with daily operations of the Nutrition Services team, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and according to healthcare standards. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards. Collaborate with dietitians and clinical staff to ensure patient dietary needs and preferences are met, including specialized meal plans for patients with specific medical conditions. Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with dietary guidelines. Address patient and family concerns related to nutrition services and resolve issues promptly. Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, food safety standards, and organizational policies. Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization. Conduct inspections to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist in menu development. Maintain accurate records related to food safety, inventory, and training. Qualifications • Work experience: Minimum of 1 year related experience.

• Language: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Driving requirement: Infrequent Driver (Reference ID: R7703).
