Financial Strategy Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, the full-time remote Financial Strategy Analyst IV will manage enterprise operating expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting while serving as a trusted resource to enhance analytical quality and streamline FP&A processes. Key Responsibilities Lead core FP&A processes and conduct monthly financial analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial results Own the annual operating expense planning and forecasting processes, developing expertise in financial drivers and allocation methodologies Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and reporting quality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or related financial analysis functions Strong financial and accounting knowledge with the ability to evaluate results and challenge assumptions independently Experience leading complex financial processes and managing multiple workstreams effectively Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred, along with knowledge of reporting and planning tools such as Workday, Power BI, or Tableau
