Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALLead the strategic growth and maintenance of our existing client base within a designated regional territorySuccessfully cultivate and strengthen key strategic relationships with senior HR counterparts at partner corporationsIdentify revenue growth opportunities within current corporate relationships in the region and own successful executionArticulate the firm's direction and strategic vision, leveraging subject matter experts to educate corporate clients on our diverse service offeringsIncrease awareness and utilization of Goldman Sachs Ayco services among employees and executives within partner corporationsCollaborate on designing and implementing services by matching product offerings with needs to corporate partnersPartner with corporate client stakeholders to establish success metrics and develop effective engagement strategiesDiscuss current utilization and outcomes metrics; analyze progress against pre-defined success factors Serve as the escalation point for corporate contacts on any service issues and as the internal escalation point on any concerns regarding the relationshipOrchestrate internal firm resources and facilitate communication to enhance overall client relationshipSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 7+ years of experience with employee benefits/compensation, marketing/sales, relationship management and/or financial industry preferred is preferredStrong organization and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, self-motivated, and strong organization skillsTeam oriented with ability to work across multiple businessesAbility to work effectively within cross functional teams, exchanging ideas, and developing and managing timelinesWorking knowledge of Microsoft products, including Work, Excel, Windows, PowerPointPotential travel requiredABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
