Legal Onboarding Specialist

Overview Luminance is seeking a Legal Onboarding Specialist to join the global Onboarding Team. This role collaborates with the Customer Success Manager to onboard and implement our legal AI technology into customers’ contract management processes. Responsibilities Assist customers with onboarding and integration of Legal AI technology into existing contract management processes. Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve successful adoption from the outset. Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple projects and customer accounts. Communicate clearly with diverse audiences; document onboarding steps and outcomes. Qualifications Understanding of contract law, including negotiating commercial agreements. High attention to detail and strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic about enhancing customer experiences; strong problem-solving and creative thinking for customer engagement. Comfortable learning and using new software; interest in the intersection of legal services and AI technologies. Undergraduate degree (2:1 or equivalent) or relevant field. Legal experience is favorable (e.g., 2+ years paralegal or legal support) with familiarity with contract management and legal tech a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Luminance
