Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Location: W236N1402 Busse Rd, Waukesha, WI 53188 The Maintenance Technician is expected to perform HVAC emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance including changing filters and belts while maintaining safety, communicating effectively, and training employees. Responsible for equipment testing, daily problem solving, preventive maintenance, quick fix and repairs, fill in for facilities personnel, moving office or conference room furniture, rooftop units, overhead doors, and assisting other facilities maintenance functions as needed.
