Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs of equipment. You will also troubleshoot various issues and perform PLC troubleshooting by reading ladder logic and checking inputs and outputs. Additionally, you will conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs of equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.Perform PLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logic and checking inputs/outputs.Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.Essential Skills3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in food or GMP regulated environments.3+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ability to solve complex issues with minimal supervision.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food manufacturing and GMP procedures is a plus.Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.Why Work Here?Join a company that values technical expertise and offers opportunities for growth. Occasionally work on weekends, mostly Saturdays, with some Sundays. The environment requires adherence to GMP procedures, including wearing hair nets and beard nets.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of NEW BERLIN, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
