We're Hiring: Hiring Managers - Join the Launch Team at CUBE Challenges Schaumburg!Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building strong teams from the ground up? Then we want you to be part of the leadership force behind CUBE Challenges- Schaumburg's newest, most immersive interactive gaming attraction, opening this summer!About CUBE: CUBE is a high-energy experience featuring 15+ interactive rooms filled with physical challenges, puzzles, and team-building activities. Whether it's families, friends, or corporate teams, guests will step into the action for an unforgettable experience - and we need stellar leadership to help us bring it to life.Your Role As a ManagerAs a Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring every guest has a smooth, exciting, and memorable experience. You'll set the tone for energy, safety, and service while keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day floor operations and guest flowLead and support front-line staff to ensure a high level of customer serviceManage team schedules, breaks, and shift transitionsHandle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and careEnsure all interactive rooms and equipment are functioning safely and properlyMonitor team performance and coach staff to meet performance goalsCollaborate with upper management on staffing, events, and improvementsUphold safety protocols and operational proceduresQualifications:Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in attractions, hospitality, retail, or entertainmentStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and people skillsAbility to stay calm and organized in a dynamic, high-energy environmentComfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededBasic tech troubleshooting or operational experience is a plusPassion for interactive experiences, games, or entertainment is a huge bonus!What We Offer:Be part of a groundbreaking attraction from the beginningA high-energy, team-first environmentGrowth and cross training opportunities alongside Altitude Trampoline Park Competitive pay and flexible schedulingReady to lead the fun?
