Hospital HR Manager: Onboarding, Compliance & People Ops
United Surgical Partners International
United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their Fort Worth location. This onsite position involves performing HR related duties, supporting the HR Director, and managing various administrative responsibilities including onboarding, recruitment, and compliance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of general HR experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Proficiency in HR tools such as Kronos and ADP is a plus.
