We offer strong long-term career opportunities, excellent benefits, and a positive, team-oriented work environment.Position SummaryThe Dispatch Coordinator schedules and communicates commercial service work so the right technician, information, parts, and customer expectations are aligned. The role balances customer urgency, technician skills, geography, service agreements, safety, and productive use of field resources. This position reports to the Service Customer Experience Team Manager.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive service requests, confirm customer, site, equipment, priority, access, contact, purchase-order, and billing information.Create and update service calls and assign technicians based on skill, location, availability, urgency, agreement coverage, and manager direction.Communicate arrival windows, schedule changes, delays, parts status, and next steps to customers and technicians professionally.Monitor active calls, technician status, emergencies, callbacks, aging, and unassigned work and escalate risks promptly.Coordinate after-hours and on-call response in accordance with established procedures.Maintain accurate customer, site, contact, equipment, dispatch, and call notes in service systems.Support purchase orders, time review, call closeout, follow-up scheduling, parts coordination, and customer documentation.Contribute to dispatch coverage, standard work, customer-service measures, and process improvements.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsAt least 2 years of dispatch, scheduling, customer service, call-center, field-service, or closely related experience.Ability to manage frequent changes, competing priorities, customer urgency, and detailed system updates.Strong professional telephone, written communication, de-escalation, and teamwork skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch, field-service, CRM, or scheduling software.Ability to support assigned early, late, after-hours, or rotating coverage schedules.Preferred QualificationsCommercial HVAC, plumbing, controls, facilities, or construction service experience.Experience with service-management, GPS/telematics, CRM, ERP, or customer-portal platforms.Bilingual English/Spanish skills.What you can expectExceptional health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid Employee-Only Medical Coverage.In-house and manufacturer-led training and leadership development.Long-term career growth into operations, sales, technical, and/or leadership roles.Comprehensive benefits package and employer-sponsored professional memberships.401(k) match, PTO, holiday pay, and more.Eligibility for the annual incentive program based on role and plan terms.Working ConditionsWork is performed primarily in a professional office environment. The employee regularly uses a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment and may sit or stand for extended periods.
