Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Update pricing and customer information in company systems
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, and general inquiries
• Prepare quotes, sales documents, and basic reports
• Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
• Maintain organized customer records and files
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Learn company products, processes, and capabilities
• Potential opportunity to assist with trade shows and customer visits in the future

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
