Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Overview A 392-bed acute care hospital and designated Level II Trauma Center in Hudson is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team. This facility is home to an accredited Heart Institute, Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Center, and has completed more than 100,000 cardiovascular procedures. Responsibilities This role is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care across the full continuum of cardiac cath lab services, including pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedural support, and post-procedure recovery. The RN works closely with cardiologists and the interdisciplinary procedural team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, planning and implementing care during cardiac catheterization procedures, assisting physicians during interventions, and administering medications in accordance with physician orders. The RN also maintains accurate patient records, documents procedural findings, and supports timely review and posting of diagnostic results.
