Your Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries with a smile
Maintain accurate and organized customer information
Support efforts to keep our customers loyal and happy

What You Bring to the Table:

A valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health License from the State of Alabama (We can help you obtain this)
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude matters most!
The ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
