Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Working full-time at 33.75 hours each week, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, guiding a manageable caseload of 38 to 42 students as they build their communication skills and confidence.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Experience in a school-based SLP setting, preferably with a range of grade levels (Pre-K through 12)
• Strong organizational skills to manage IEPs and student records efficiently
• Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders for a diverse student population
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each student’s specific needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ progress
• Maintain up-to-date records and provide regular progress reports
• Participate in meetings, professional development sessions, and, if possible, pre-year orientation and safety trainings
