Position Overview


We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with customers within a growth-focused market segment. This role requires a strong understanding of online media, digital advertising, communication, relationship management, and analytics to provide campaign insights, strategic recommendations, and solutions that drive customer success.


The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for building strong client partnerships, optimizing advertising campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering strategies that maximize campaign performance and customer value. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.


Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and marketing objectives.
• Analyze and optimize digital advertising campaigns to provide strategic recommendations and improve performance.
• Provide guidance and training on campaign targeting, implementation, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
• Support customer onboarding and provide ongoing education to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Drive campaign performance improvements through proactive optimization strategies and growth opportunities.
• Leverage technology and data-driven insights to deliver effective marketing solutions.
• Provide recommendations on creative strategy and content development to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Represent customer feedback and insights to influence product improvements and enhancements.
• Partner with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and growth strategies.
• Utilize data and analytics to demonstrate ROI, identify opportunities, and recommend additional investments.
• Share best practices, insights, and innovative ideas with internal teams.
• Continuously develop expertise in digital marketing, advertising technology, and emerging tools.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, digital media, or sales.
• 2+ years of experience in media sales, digital media account management, campaign management, or programmatic advertising optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing and digital media metrics.
• Experience preparing forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Ability to think strategically and connect customer needs with data-driven solutions.
• Understanding of digital advertising technologies and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of the digital advertising industry landscape.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent customer engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing client and agency relationships.
• Ability to create insights-based narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm for adopting AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and business impact.
• Familiarity with sales planning and CRM tools.
