Vice President of Sales

We’re working on a senior leadership hire for a well established business operating across HVAC, controls into Mission Critical Environments. They’ve built a strong reputation delivering complex projects and already supporting a wealth of data center clients, the next step is bringing in a dedicated leader to take that part of the business and turn it into a defined, scaled vertical. This is a role with real influence. You’ll sit close to the executive team and be given the autonomy to shape how this grows. What you’ll be stepping into You’re not walking into a blank sheet of paper. The business already has technical depth, delivery capability and access to the right clients. The focus is on pulling that together under one leader and driving it forward. Setting direction, opening doors at the right level, and making sure what’s sold is delivered properly.
