We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team in Temple Terrace, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting providing comprehensive care to patients across the full lifespan.

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
Deliver preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with Sanitas standards

Master s Degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies
Active and unrestricted Florida license as an NP or PA
Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in primary care or outpatient setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
