To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of projectsSchedule projects with the clients and crewsSource and order supplies and materials for projectsHire, oversee, and manage crew leads and techniciansTrain and assess crews for proficiencyImplement processes to drive efficiencyEvaluate and improve service operations and financial performanceMaintain budgets and optimize expensesDirect the employee assessment processEnsure staff follow health and safety regulationsProvide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, call backs)Customer follow-up for satisfactionRequirements and skills:Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar roleExperience in planning and project managementKnowledge of business processes and functions (HR, procurement, operations, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication skillsOutstanding leadership skillsOrganized and attention to detailAble to prioritize while multitasking multiple jobs and crewsBSc/BA in Business or relevant field is a plusThe right candidate will be in alignment with our core values and purpose Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearEverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company.
