Job Family:Operational Effectiveness ConsultingTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:Active SecretWhat You Will Do:The Business Process Transformation Consultant will support modernization of management services for a Federal agency by identifying services for business process reengineering, implementing operational excellence through assessments and process improvement, and driving data‑driven decision making. Activities include: Conduct “as‑is” and “to‑be” business process analysis to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized future‑state processes.Reengineer and standardize processes to reduce redundancies, improve cycle time, and streamline decision‑making.Create or enhance dashboards, KPIs, and decision‑support reporting for senior leaders.Apply data analytics to drive efficiency, cost, and time savings, and improve customer experience through communication, knowledge sharing, training, and process improvements.
