Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

Location: Michigan

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, three 12s per week, every other weekend, guaranteed 36 hours.

Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the department manager, charge nurse, or staff nurse, the Registered Nurse will assist in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established hospital methods and procedures. The RN will strive for superior performance by providing services that contribute to an exceptional patient and family experience, all while demonstrating a solid understanding of patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients.
• Provide comprehensive patient care adhering to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Long Term Care required.
• BLS certification must be AHA compliant.
• Current Michigan RN license.
• MI LTC Fingerprinting is a plus.
