The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to our clients. Manage a diverse caseload of legal matters independently and efficiently. 2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal advice. 3. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a compelling and persuasive manner. 5. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear and accurate information. Job Details Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney. 4. Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload and working independently. 5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
