Associate Attorney

Our client, a boutique law firm in downtown Minneapolis, is seeking an Associate Attorney to support its expanding practice. This attorney will work closely with experienced attorneys on a wide range of transactional and litigation matters, with an emphasis on property and real estate-related issues.Ideal candidates will have 2-4+ years of transferable legal experience and a desire to take on meaningful responsibility in a smaller firm environment. The position offers broad exposure, direct mentorship, and the opportunity to build experience across multiple practice areas while developing a strong foundation in real estate-related work. Prior real estate experience is not required.Overview of Responsibilities:Assist senior attorneys with litigation and transactional mattersConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documentsSupport all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and case strategyReview and analyze contracts, agreements, and other related documentsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third partiesParticipate in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters
