Accountabilities:

The Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant will lead strategic engagements with enterprise clients, helping translate complex business needs into practical AI-powered solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, consultative selling skills, and the ability to guide customers through AI adoption journeys.

• Lead technical and strategic pre-sales discussions, demonstrating how generative AI solutions can improve enterprise workflows, operations, and customer experiences.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to manage opportunity strategy, maintain pipeline discipline, and support successful deal progression.
• Translate business objectives into clearly defined AI use cases, considering enterprise systems, integrations, and technical requirements.
• Design tailored professional services solutions across the full AI implementation lifecycle, from advisory through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Develop detailed solution scopes, estimates, work breakdown structures, and technical frameworks to support statements of work and client proposals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI service offerings, helping customers understand the value, capabilities, and implementation approach.
• Continuously adapt solution positioning based on evolving AI capabilities, customer needs, and market trends.
• Present complex technical concepts clearly to executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support lifecycle selling by tailoring recommendations across different engagement models, including advisory services, enablement programs, and long-term delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities and customer success objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic technology professional with experience in solutions consulting, enterprise architecture, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives are essential.

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, technical architecture, or related roles within enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or AI-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models, and enterprise AI implementation strategies.
• Experience working with AI platforms, automation technologies, enterprise data environments, or cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Claude-based solutions and active Anthropic certifications such as CCAF, CCDF, and CCAF/P are strongly preferred.
• Proven experience designing enterprise solutions, creating technical proposals, and developing accurate project scopes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales cycles, support pipeline growth, and contribute to revenue generation through strategic pre-sales activities.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical audiences and C-level executives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, delivery, engineering, and client teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving AI technologies.
