Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.What you will have an opportunity to do:The Child Care Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents utilize the The Club & Spa facilities. This role requires a caring and responsible individual who enjoys working with children and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the designated child care areaCreate and maintain a positive, nurturing, and fun atmosphere for children of varying agesOrganize and lead age-appropriate activities including games, crafts, and storytellingCommunicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child’s time at the clubMaintain cleanliness and organization of the child care area in accordance with health and safety standardsFollow all policies and procedures of the Club regarding child care and safetyHandle emergencies calmly and appropriately according to established proceduresMonitor check-in/check-out procedures to ensure child securityWhat are we looking for?QualificationsPrevious experience in child care, early childhood education, or related field preferredCPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPatience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with childrenCompensation:$18.50-$19.50Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
