Job Summary
Obtain patient demographic information and enter into EPIC system, complete check-in process, obtain required signatures and collect co-payments. Balance daily payment entries against daily computer totals for all activities on patient account. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor. Broad knowledge of all insurance carriers, computer literate, self-starter. Excellent customer service skills required. At least 1 year experience working in a medical office setting.
Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent and two years clerical support in a medical billing setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Work Days: M-F varying 8 hour shifts between 6:30am-5pm
Salary and Benefits
G3: $17.64 - $28.17
