Front Desk Office Administrator - Evening Hours

This role includes evening hours as a part of the regular schedule. 

About Us:

ADHD & Autism Psychological Services and Advocacy (AAPSA) is a thriving behavioral health practice with offices in Utica and Syracuse. We are looking to fill an immediate opening for a full-time Front Desk Office Administrator at our Syracuse location.

Position Details:

We are searching for a bright, motivated, flexible, and diligent person with a cheerful disposition to join our team. Our work environment is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of general office administration tasks, including those specific to behavioral health services.
• Answer, route, and document phone calls.
• Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage record-keeping, mail sorting, and scanning.
• Communicate with other provider offices and schedule appointments.
• Use an electronic medical record system efficiently.

Requirements:

• Computer proficiency and the ability to multitask are essential.
• High school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Must have a flexible schedule and reliable means of transportation.
• Availability for evening hours is required
