Aluminum Mig Welder
Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable day-shift aluminum MIG welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing clean, accurate welds and consistently meeting high-quality standards.
Location: Wayzata, MN
Wage: $28.00 – $32.00/hr. (Depending on experience)
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday

Duties of the aluminum MIG welder:
- Perform precision MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
- Fit, position, clamp, and align parts before welding using grinders, hand tools, and measuring instruments
- Set up and adjust welding equipment settings based on material thickness, heat control, and job requirements
- Inspect completed welds for appearance, strength, and dimensions while maintaining a clean, safe work area
Requirements of the aluminum MIG welder:
- Previous professional MIG welding experience required, with strong aluminum MIG welding skills highly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, and use measuring instruments accurately
- Solid knowledge of weld preparation, fit-up, heat control, and distortion prevention
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality workmanship, and ability to work well within a production team
