About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO, a pivotal role that demands a highly strategic and execution-oriented individual. The successful candidate will be at the heart of the business, driving priorities, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. This is an ideal position for a high-performing operator who excels in fast-paced environments, is adept at solving complex problems, and is passionate about contributing to the growth of a category-defining company. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for partnering closely with the Co-CEO and executive leadership team, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans, and maintaining alignment across teams to maximize the impact of the executive team. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a background in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, operations, or high-growth startups, with 3-5+ years of experience. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex projects, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and a curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven products. They should be comfortable operating in both strategic discussions and hands-on execution, and thrive in an environment of ambiguity, with a talent for building systems, processes, and scalable solutions.
