As devices are returned from the field, this role ensures they're evaluated, tested, and prepared for reuse. You'll be responsible for inspecting assets, verifying functionality, and maintaining product quality before they're sent back out to customers. As our systems grow, your work will help keep operations smooth and reliable. This role is key to making sure every redeployed asset meets our high standards and supports our mission to deliver dependable technology at scale.The Skillset1+ year of experience in warehouse or assembly environmentBasic knowledge of computer skills, Salesforce, Google Suite and email.Physically capable of performing receiving and material handling activitiesWilling to complete Flock Safety forklift certification.Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendanceAbility to work safely, minding personal and team safety in daily operationsBasic math skillsConsiders the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customersWorks smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality workAble to think on your feet and while using your hands.Time-management and communication skillsHighly organizedFeeling uneasy that you haven't ticked every box? Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators.
