TANA is a new fine dining Italian concept from award winning chef Michael Gulotta. We are looking for AM and PM line cooks to join our talented team.

Job Requirements:

at least 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining establishment or upscale casual restaurant
reliable transportation
legally allowed to work in the United States
solid knife skills

Job Responsiblities:

work cleanly and efficiently through the days tasks
accurately prepare recipes, prep ingredients & assemble mise en place in a timely manner
prepare and plate dishes consistently according to chef specs
maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
communicate with coworkers and managers concisely, clearly and professionally
uphold our high standards of service, quality and professionalism in all tasks.
properly maintain ingredients and prepped items for food service
properly store and label food items
break down, clean and close your station and the kitchen. We leave together.
